Has anyone ever done this?

So I’m curious as to whether or not anyone has ever done what I’m about to ask. I really want to try it at least once. Has anyone ever gone out wearing two pairs of windpants at the same time? I really want to try it but I will admit I’m a little bit nervous. I don’t know why but I just am. Obviously I know it’ll be extra noisy, but other than that, what is it like?

I'm pretty sure most of us done this...

I personally do it always when I want to wear swishy pants but it's to cold outside... And also it conceals the mark of the manly middle really good.

So what are your doubts about wearing 2 pairs?

Well I dont have a manly middle so I think I’m good there. My doubts? Well it’s pretty silly but for some reason I feel like people might know that I’m wearing two pairs. I know that it probably isn’t the case but I can get self conscious sometimes.

Yeah, I've done this before when going for walks/jogging in the cold. Nobody notices, and it can feel awesome if you're into layering.

They're probably more likely to notice that you're wearing windpants at all, because they can be noisy if moving about, depending how you walk in them. I used to try to walk with my legs farther apart just to draw less attention, but now I don't care.

Always a treat when I see someone out wearing a pair.

Been there, but ppl can’t read minds and don’t have X-ray eyes 😜.
And even if they hear the rustling noise, I bet they can’t get their head around it’s origin… And even IF someone comes to the conclusion, wouldn’t it be fun?!

Yeah that would not be a good idea. Although, there is probably someone out there who would probably enjoy that

If it were possible to hide the suit underneath an busyness suit why not... But it's not realistic... Windpants underneath windpants is more practicable 😉

I do that all the time. It’s only slightly more noisy, depending on the two pairs of pants being worn. Two layers feels amazing! It’s similar to a pair of nylon pants that have a nylon lining. One of my favorite things to do, is wear a soft pair of Nike pants under a pair of lined pants. Nice and warm when walking outside, but also feels magical. That’s not super noisy either, the lining in between the nylon layer stops it for the most part.

I might have to try that to start out! Most of the pairs I have are unlined but maybe like two or three have a tiny mesh lining inside

don't need to just get yourself a business suit with lining inside ;) they are usually a polyester silky lining that feels similar to nylon
they are usually color matched to the garment and sewed in a way that the lining isn't noticeable from the outer garment

Hmmmmm. I’ve never worn a suit so I wouldnt know
I accidentality found out about dress pants with lining while at a resale shop looking for wind pants
the store I was in mixes the wind pants in with jeans dress pants and other pants they pack the racks tight so you really have to search through and move the bottoms around and I remember seeing a pair of dress pants with something silky looking hanging out the leg hole and at the time I didn't know what it was so I looked at it closely and found out it was a silky fabric and it got me interested so I looked at the garment tag and saw it said lining 100% polyester normally the lining is sewed in a way that it isn't noticeable from the outer garment but on this pair a thread was broken that it supposed to attach to the leg to keep the lining under the cuff but this pair was my lucky pair I had to buy them and since then I've been checking out more dress pants I've even found some with 100% nylon lining as well but they seem more rare
