thanks for the heads up. i've seen this brand a long time ago and decided to give it a try. i hope your hoodie ended up fitting well. mine was a disaster for fitting lol. i guess they don't make these for my body type. i bought according to the size chart and was excited as its rare to see pants that are around my measurements. the pant leg at the ankle is so narrow i couldnt even get the the pants on, i was worried i would rip them. i don't even have big feet 😂 weird how they dont put ankle zips on these. the return page also says they're final sale, but let me submit a return anyway? i'm waiting to hear back. hopefully i can gt a refund on them :(

Hmmm.... That sounds not that good.

But it's not the end I think. I have had a similar situation not too long ago I had the same issue with them, I bought pants in sale and couldn't give it back.
But we could clean the situation after a couple of emails where I described the problem. Then I got a shipping address and could send it back in exchange with the 50k pants (black/gold) + they gave me the matching jacket as gift 🤗.

So I would say no worries, just contact them, they're good but not always the fastest in answering....

Which model you took exactly?

But yes, it's true: At Twinkx, each model has slightly different measurements, for example, xs to m fits me depending on the model of the pants. I think the s is quite big for jackets, so I took the hoody in xs.... And yes, it fits great, but the neck opening is a little tight and I have to squeeze my head through a bit.

So I have no negative points this time except the neck opening and the wrist cuffs have been very strong but now after several times of wearing its just fine.
