I would like make a full balaclava (with 2 layers) with our olds adidas chile pants, anyone have any councils for begin ?

Sure, but it would be nice to have more info for this... Unfortunately the X images doesn't show exactly how it's made.

Should the mask have eyes, mouth, complete closed? Fitting like custom?

Any experiences with sewing?

Was macht denn das für einen Sinn? Er möchte eine Maske HERSTELLEN, nicht irgendwas verkaufen.....
